This should certainly get interesting in a hurry. What's the goal for Hamas, though? Securing internal political safety of leadership via bloodying Israel? They can't expect to gain any land, concessions, or defeat the IDF...not unless there's a major, major move by Arab powers on Israel. And everyone knows how that ends. |
