Anyone have a cure for SA ? Anyone make a seat cover or cushion with built in AC ? Its the most miserable part of the job for me in hot weather. |
Sweating alone shouldn't give you swamp ass. Do you shower before going to work? If you shit during the day, take some dude wipes along to keep yo crack fresh.

Yes i shower everyday wtf ? I have to bust ass up ladders, yank ropes and other heat building BS then jump in the truck in hot weather and roll. i run hot internally- want to cool off fast ? Seat Coolers with fans ? There are alot of them on Amazon, anyone use one ? DURABLE ? -- which one ? Im 5'6" broad shoulders and barrel chested yup (i could lose 50 lbs) But what can i fucking do to elevate the issue RIGHT NOW ? Besides moving to Alaska to be an Ice Road Trucker ? The fuck out of here- ya Jack Wagon..

Get one of those wooden bead seat thingys...will provide ventilation. Have known guys who drove across the country for their jobs who swore by those. The fuck out of here- ya Jack Wagon.. I know it is hard as hell to do, but this is where you start. I was 30 lbs overweight. I lost it and have kept it off for over 2 years. It is worth it. You have to change your eating habits, and for guys like us, that is difficult if not impossible. The good news is, you can just starve yourself into submission because just about everything at the Loves and Pilots and the other truck stops with cafes, etc., will not have the healthy non-carbed food you need. Fast. Fast. Fast. It is the best way to get it off quickly. YOU CAN DO IT! I know this because I did it. If my undisciplined ass can do it, so can you. And yes, Ice Road trucking sounds awesome. |
