Title says it all. I’m a casual gamer, but also want PSVR2 for streaming other forms of media. It looks like I can get a pre-owned PS5/PS5 Slim/Digital for <$300USD. The PS5 Pro is at least 2x the cost. Is it really worth the cost difference, for what I want it for? I’d like to play some FPS and simulator games in VR. I’m also interested in the PSVR2 as a display for sim racing, like GT and Forza. The OLED lenses on the PSVR2 are what are drawing me towards it, along with the fairly inexpensive prices I see them for pre-owned/open-box. Grey looking blacks are a no go for me. Thanks! |

| It depends on the games you play. The Pro does make a noticable improvement in some VR games. Gran Turismo and Vertigo 2 are two VR games I know of that are noticeably better on the Pro. Many other games may have little to no difference if they don't have any actual Pro support. |
