My S21 flat out died the other day. It will go to the boot menu and then turn off. Needless to say my backups didn't always sinc and I've lost a bunch of contacts and family pictures. I've also lost a bunch of apps. Anyone have suggestions on outdoor, mechanic, hazmat, or other useful apps? Any suggestions on how I may be able to at least pull pictures off my old phone? Have an S25 now |

Was your Samsung set up for "Find My Mobile?" If so log into that from a computer using your Samsung credentials. If your phone has power, even if it's dead, you should be offered some options. One is "back up." That, IF THIS WORKS, will load the data you select into your Samsung cloud account. I've never done this. Good luck. |
