They were out of Triz 10mg powder, so i ordered 4pc of 30mg. Did i mess up? Will it last long enough after being reconstituted before it goes bad with me just starting out on 2.5 mg dose? Edit: after reading on the Internet, it looks like I did make a mistake and I will end up throwing most of the vial away before I have a chance/time to take it. 2nd edit: the Internet says, I cannot freeze it after reconstituted |

The information on the Internet about peptides is ridiculous. I have been searching for an hour or so on whether I can freeze reconstituted peptides. I can find 50/50 opinions. Some say no way you cannot freeze it at all,, and others saying it will last for years if you freeze it. I have no idea on who to believe. The pharmacy that we were using (at a great expense,) sent peptides home with us in syringes and told us to freeze it. |

You can freeze most dry powders. It’s probably not the best idea to freeze reconstituted peptides because there is some information indicating the freezing process can alter peptide bonds. There is also information indicating freezing some dry powders, like in the case of growth hormone, may cause similar issues. There is one video of Peter Magic from Janoshik where he stated he placed one or more vials of dry powder peptides in a windowsill in the sunlight for 1-2 years and tested it afterwards to find it was still like 98% pure. So storing most in a cool, dry place like a cabinet prior to reconstitution will probably be fine for multi-year storage. Janoshik has also tested some reconstituted and refrigerated peptides after several months and they were still 98% pure or higher. |

What about changing from one peptide to a different one? I am on semi now at 2.5mg now and want to change to tirz as the semi is doing absolutely nothing for me. Can I just stop taking one and start taking the other, or do I have to have a waiting period between them? Edit: also the pharmacy was charging me $175 per month for the semi, but I am going grey with the tirz at much lower cost |

Just start at the lowest tirz dose(2.5) and titrate up as needed. You can follow the 4 week titration schedule, or wait for a plateau before increasing dosage. |

Doctor told me to just take the tirz on the next week instead of semi. I think I went from 2.4mg semi to 7.5mg tirz. i have not had many issues with side effects though. She was debating between starting at 5 or 7.5 |

Keep it in a dark storage container in the fridge. you'll have minimal degradation. Up to 3mg and use in 10 weeks. ![]() If it gets cloudy or floaters trash it. as stated above reconstituted Tirz has been tested an show minimal degradation during 1 freeze thaw cycle. Really 2.5 mg providing results for that long is overly optimistic. Maybe 6 weeks. You'll want to get to 5 at least unless your some sort of super responder. |

Yes, I understand that I quit semi rather quickly, but I decided I wanted tirz instead of semi anyway, and it was costing me $175 a month from the Doctor prescription for the semi. I plan on being more patient with this tirz plan |

Gray Triz can be easily had for less than 35 cents a MG. Check out Stairway to Gray's telegram for flavor of the day vendors and read read read to learn about gray market. Or Nexaph if you want the easy button. Trust doesn't or at least shouldn't exist in gray, examples above have large 3rd party testing groups to verify most "batches". |

Labs don’t lie. To reinforce what @HappyCamel has said about GHRH/GHRP I did a IGF back in the late spring. I did a solid 12 weeks of CJC1295 no dac (Mod GRF 1-29)/Ipamorelin 5/5 blend. For 80% of the 12 weeks I did ~ 300mcg of each peptide morning and night. My IGF1/zscore had zero statistically relevant change. In fact, my IGF went down 10ng/dl after twelve weeks of use, which seems more significant than seeing a small bump. I feel like all I did was waste supplies and unnecessarily pinned myself. I had a physiological response but, felt the flush. slight HR increase, but it didn’t result in the intended effect. Had I known what I do now before going down the path of this combo I would have saved a bit of money and effort. I am early 40s, surprisingly healthy from a hormone perspective, test could be a little higher, but without intervention its quite decent. I feel good, recovery from workouts is good, still making strength gains fairly steadily. ETA: The message of this may have been presented a couple times way back in this thread but I am a stubborn experiment minded science major and wanted to see for myself.

Enclomiphene is known to lower IGF-1, so if you did start Enclomiphene at the same time as CJC-ipa and IGF-1 stated the same, I’d say that is a win. |

If I wanted to raise my test I would get test. I have kids, and my wife doesn’t even have tubes for me to worry about fertility. |

In May I went from 189ng/ml and 0.6 zscore, to just couple weeks weeks ago 175ng/ml and 0.5 zscore after two 8-12 week cycles of CJC. I have determined it was a waste of pen needles and cartridges. |

Hoping for some help moving forward I have been on semaglutide for 7 months currently at 2 mg. I am down a little over 30 lbs and pretty close to my goal weight but I still have some persistent belly and visceral fat that I really want to get rid of. I have been doing this under the care of a Dr but they don't have the option of other drugs besides semaglutide (at least that I can afford) so I am planning to go gray market. My plan is to start with Tirzipatide and then stacking Tesamorelin. I have Pfizer Hospira Bac Water in my cart at peptidetest.com (on sale at $15 per 30ml) I have read this thread and even made notes. I have read all of STG and watched some videos. I have set up Trust Wallet and Coinbase apps. I have registered on Telegram and Discord and read some on there. But....I really don't know what to do next. Are there trusted places to purchase peptides that would make it safe to avoid doing independent third party testing? From what I have seen, the testing is pretty expensive. I have seen that some sites list their testing results but STG says that I shouldn't trust that. I have read about group buys and group testing but I really haven't figured out how all that works yet. I would appreciate any advice on how to make my purchases. |

I'll update. I plan on getting the blood test around week 10. My total test was around 650. I am 44. Fairly active. I could lose 10-15lbs. I need to go to the gym more regularly. I do play mens league hockey and open 1-2 times a week. So not a couch potato. I had my testosterone tested in my early 30s. I forget exactly but I think i was around 900 total |

My free/bioavailable is pretty good to above average, E2 is good, SHBG is at a good spot. Overall its all good. |

Question for the team: Took my first Reta on Friday after I got home from work. Research told me that a proper starting point would be 2mg per week, for 4 weeks. That very night, I started feeling a little nauseous, so I took a Zofran. It wasn't too bad. Saturday, I was a wreck. Nausea, sleepy, no energy. I slept most of Saturday. Sunday was only a little better. I still slept a lot. Last night, I couldn't hardly get any sleep at all. My appetite is definitely down, but I'm insanely tired here at work. Is that normal? |
Don't piss off old people. The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

Is this the correct website for pep lair? If not, could someone hook me up? TIA https://peplairresearch.shop/ |

Might wanna double check your math on your dosing to make sure 2mg is what you actually took. |

Sounds about right. I recommend starting at 1mg and only increasing by 1mg per month. It hits me pretty hard every time I move up. I usually have a bit of acid reflux too. |

My point is that nearly everyone reacts differently, so tripple check your math and possibly dial back the dose to one mg with one mg titration steps. Its clearly got an effect on you, so there is no reason to chase a number like "2mg" or "4mg". Chase the efficacy. |
