I haven't had an iPad in years but am thinking of getting one. I really wouldn't use it for much more than surfing online, storing pics, email, and maybe storing PDF docs like receipts. Pretty basic stuff and would like to avoid the smaller screens. Anyone have a good suggestion and where to get a decent deal on one? I'm not opposed to buying refurbished if it's an attractive deal. |

I will assume you use an iPhone. We have iPad Pro’s, still have iPad Air 2’s. I much prefer the 13” larger screen of the Pro. Get at least 256GB storage and a good Logitech keyboard/case, screen cover and a pencil if you use it (I have one but have never used it). |

| Apple sells refurbished products although the prices aren’t that much cheaper in my opinion. I’ve heard from a number of people who used OCW and found good deals. |

I recently switched from a 2018 iPad Pro 11 to a new iPad Air M3. I also have an old iPad mini. I find the 11" models to be the sweet spot for me, not too big and not too small. I was going to get a new iPad Pro M4 but decided to go with the iPad Air which saved me $400. I can live without the FaceID and 4 speakers to save $400. My 2018 Pro has 513 GB and the M3 Air has 256 GB. I have not came close to filling the storage on either. But I also do not save a lot of photos, documents or videos on either. The Mini is only 64 GB and the storage filled up quickly. So the suggestion to go with 128 GB minimum is good advice. |
