Ugh. He's absolutely full of shit in this video. The only thing I agree with him (beside the historical facts presented as background info) is that DIN is better in almost every conceivable way. What he's saying (namely resorts = yoke, so get yoke) used to be true 20 years ago, but almost every place now has convertible pro valves. If not, keep a DIN-to-yoke adapter in your kit bag. I train my students in DIN from day one. I also train them with primary & secondary second stages (the second being around around your neck), instead of octopii. Get with the times, Ian.
