Quoted: I read the wiki about it and was disappointed in how the movie ended. It seems like it's actively detrimental and bad to be a dude nowadays. ![]() Ah man, I just read that wiki page. Click To View Spoiler |

Quoted: In High School, he was that guy who acted on Broadway. Took balls to wear the fucking Peter Pan Jacket. He went to NYU to study film making. Made some cool short movies stuff as a student (look up "Squeal of Death"). Then he dropped out, because he didn't need the degree to learn how to do it. Never wanted to be an actor. Directed tons of commercials, movies, and music videos. I think the kids from a Christmas Story, and Gary from Weird Science took a similar, good path. |

Quoted: My mom worked with his dad, and was actually at his dad's funeral. I met him once, but he seemed pretty cool then. He even sent me a signed headshot of him in makeup from Freaked back in the day. Oh man, I forgot about freaked! That was a funny, silly movie! |

Quoted: That was totally factitious Quoted: Quoted: Really? I honestly thought it would Keanu's magnum opus. It looked to have so much promise, maybe even be the Casablanca or Gone with the Wind of our generation. How do you say that? fac tit ious fact itious No idea ...

Quoted: Keanu was due for a shitty movie lol.. Pretty sure he just agreed to it to get his costar back into the light... I hope nobody actually thought this movie was going to be decent... Quoted: Keanu was due for a shitty movie lol.. Pretty sure he just agreed to it to get his costar back into the light... I hope nobody actually thought this movie was going to be decent... I saw the trailer. There's one clip where he is reacting to something, and I thought 'he looks like a famous person badgered into appearing at an old buddy's kids' party, and they are all parroting his catch phrase back at him' lol Quoted: He went to NYU to study film making. Made some cool short movies stuff as a student (look up "Squeal of Death"). Then he dropped out, because he didn't need the degree to learn how to do it. Well Considering the wiki post on page one says he got man raped while he was there, maybe that sheds a little different light on his leaving. And, maybe why he is doing a pedo film. (I don't know you, or him, or any part of this story. Just that if the wiki is even partially true, then, that sucks. ) |

Quoted: I was already thinking hard pass based on the commercials and trailers. First of all, Keanu has been rocking the full beard for so long, that it’s messed up to see him clean shaven. Plus, he’s so identified now with being an action star, that he’s not believable as an old stoner dude. Finally, the first movie was very much a product of the time, and things that were funny back then just aren’t funny now. I’d like to think it’s wasn’t just a cash grab, maybe made more for the fans, but I can’t see many people who were around for the first movie really pushing for the continuation of the story. I think this nails it beautifully. |

Quoted: Bullshit. I know Alex Winter (since we were in HS), and that’s just not true. He doesn’t give a fuck about acting roles or starring in movies. Never did. Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: This is why a 3rd movie make no sense......Just trying to cash cow it. I read somewhere that this movie being green lit was a pay off to Alex Winter to tone down his upcoming Hollywood pedophile exposè film. Bullshit. I know Alex Winter (since we were in HS), and that’s just not true. He doesn’t give a fuck about acting roles or starring in movies. Never did. This. Porky didn't like the movie because everyone got fat |

Quoted: I dont think anyone went into this aspiring for an Fixed. Emmys are for TV shows. |

Quoted: I think we all knew it was going to be horrible. I will probably still watch. I survived watching Rambo - Last Blood earlier this week. I am building up my tolerance. Quoted: Quoted: Fucking horrible, not much else to say I think we all knew it was going to be horrible. I will probably still watch. I survived watching Rambo - Last Blood earlier this week. I am building up my tolerance. Rambo Last Blood was exactly what I expected it to be and I enjoyed it. |

Quoted: Keanu was due for a shitty movie lol.. Pretty sure he just agreed to it to get his costar back into the light... I hope nobody actually thought this movie was going to be decent... If that was the case they should have made a sequel to “Freeked” - randy quaid needs the money too |

Quoted: Absolute dog shit. A couple shots of whiskey didn't make it any better. Sure am glad I didn't pay to see it. How in the hell could Keanu Reeves agree to such an abomination? Keanu played a dogboy in freaked. Mr T was a bearded lady. Attached File |

Quoted: I can top that: I watched Barbarella last night. With the ratings I saw I thought it might be somehow well done. I thought B&Ts EA was pretty bad at age 17 when it came out, I should have known. It might be ok for a 13yo from the 80s, which don't exist so.... |

It has a fair share of SJW bullshit. Case in point: they should have been cool and got Jason Bonham to play his dad as a drummer (no spoilers). I laughed at a few parts but it felt more like a TV movie B&T. Keanu has been doing the serious Neo/John Wick for so long, he can’t seem to smile. Trivia: the blonde daughter is Hugo Weaving’s niece. ETA: I thought the soundtrack was non-existant, which was also disappointing. |

Quoted: But Bill & Ted had their world changing song at the end of Bogus Journey. Remember, they get on stage, all the world's tv stations are broadcasting them, they realize they don't know how to play, go into the future two years to learn to play, come back from the future with baby Bill and baby Ted, and belt out KISS "God Gave Rock & Roll To You".
