My dad apparently played it, but I never once saw him do it, nor did I ever see a banjo in his house...but I was told he played it. Hmm. Maybe it's because of the banjo "player" Cassie in Shunned at a Funeral. Anyone here have any tips or suggestions? Budget is low, to say the least, likely to pick one up at the pawn shop, if at all. Or am I nuts? |

The mouse has it’s neck broken in the mouse trap because it doesn’t understand why the cheese is free.

Not nuts at all. Years ago, the wife wanted a banjo to learn to play on. After getting one, I picked it up and really enjoyed learning to play myself. We didn't have a budget grade instrument very long. We traded up to a Gibson Earl Scruggs model and made learning to play much easier and enjoyable. |
