I didn't realize how bad the situation is in Sweden. (Page 4 of 4)

Last I heard, new immigrants don't receive access to welfare benefits until they've resided in the country for 5 years. They can bypass the wait, however, if they prove that you have a certain level of income. The citizenship requirements are also stricter by going to 8 years of residence and proving that you have a certain minimum level of income. |

Sweden has been doing mass deportations. They have for the first time in decades a net decrease in immigration, more are being forced to leave. They are making the USA look mild with our deportations currently. Sweden is actively getting rid of people who did not assimilate and are unlikely to, because they viewed the experiment as a failed one. But it looks like the center-right government was just ousted, so maybe these deportation policies will stop. |

Immigration was a top issue, with opposition to mass immigration and ethnic minority enclaves animating supporters of both the Tidö bloc and the Social Democrats. Assuming the Social Democrats do not renege on their campaign promises, Sweden will remain alongside Denmark among the countries with the toughest policies on migration, asylum and integration, with deportation programs on the table. The Social Democrats, Moderates, and Sweden Democrats have reached a consensus, particularly on returning unsuccessful asylum claimants to their countries of origin and deporting foreign criminals more effectively. Andersson’s party has demanded that newcomers speak Swedish and have a thorough understanding of the country’s civic life to qualify for permanent residency. She has also pledged to tightly control labour immigration and limit asylum provisions to the minimum required by the European Union. The Social Democrats had some quibbles with the Moderate-led government over revoking permanent residency, it is true. But there will be no return to the open-door policies of the 2010s that unsettled Swedish society and helped make it one of Europe’s most gang-ridden countries. |

It sounds like Sweden understands the threat to their culture and are making solid changes to fix the problem quickly. A government fixing problems quickly is just weird. Them swedes are smart. The Swedish Electorate allowed their SJW-Marxist govt to proceed in lock step with the EU's wide open Immigration/Refugee Policies and provided what seems like the most migrant-friendly environment in Europe. At no time I'm aware of did any European nation put assimilation goals/timelines in place nor do they pay attention to migrant increases in violent crime. The path Sweden chose was clearly flawed so it's their job to clean up their own mess. They need to get busy on planning and executing a strategy to recover their homeland. I wish them luck. |

So you're telling me that, in addition to snus, meatballs, bikini teams, and death metal, they had legal frag grenades? Why do they need to import 3rd world people? I'm packing my bags! |
