I got it on release on ps5 and it was kinda lame. People say they fixed everything. Is the gameplay better/less bland or does it just look more polished. Its cheap on steam. Im considering it. |

I bought it day one, and didn't see the massive bugs until I was more than 2 hours in so I couldn't return it. So, when everything was supposedly fixed, I came back and played through it. Still wished for a refund. |

Personally, I think S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is a better game. |

| Cyberpunk is my favorite game of all time. It's a shooter but it's really a narrative experience. And if you don't care about the world, story, and characters it's not for you. As for how it's improved - I played it on day one and it was mostly fine. But it's all good now and Phantom Liberty is awesome. |

I capped the dude and now I gotta put another 30 rounds into him to make him go down. |

| I've had it from day 1, and I guess I was an anomaly in regard to bugs. I hardly got any. I really like it. Top 10 for sure. Phantom Liberty really sealed the deal making it a really great game. The story is really good. Could have it been a better game? Yea it could have done with some improvements but overall it's a solid 9/10 right now. I know we are no where close to anything, but I am excited for what they do for the sequel. |

I played on a PS4 Pro on release and had only a few graphics and random exploding vehicle bugs. Nothing game breaking. Definitely in my top 10. The story is phenomenal. Combat is easy to break, but I like that.

I played it on day one on PC and had very few, if any bugs. No crashes, no major glitches. Sure some weird stuff very rarely, but nothing that prevented me from playing the game at a decent framerate at decent settings. I beat the game in its first iteration and uninstalled it. I went back when Phantom Liberty came out and they had completely reworked several major game systems to the point that the game forced you to reset your character build when loading a save from the original version. The original version had a ton of very exploitable skills and builds that made you nigh indestructible. My original build was a sword wielding hacker who could nuke an entire building full of people before I even walked inside with ease. It made the latter parts of the game an absolute cakewalk. They changed the skills so you didn't have that level of absolute domination, but you could still build a freakishly powerful hacker. |

I finished my first play through a couple of months ago. I thought it was great. Not sure what direction I'll go next time. I did a streetkid build. Might do nomad next time. I didnt do any of the polive co tracts but I did all the cyberpsycho ones and all of the fixer gigs. Did some of the street racing and most of the boxing. Stole a bunch of cars for that one guy. The expansion ending is better than the original ending choices they give you. |

Strangely, with how much I love the Witcher (probably my favorite open-world of all time, yes better than BotW, Tears), I have no desire to play Cyberpunk. I had stayed away after hearing the disaster of a launch. Shame, cuz I had played the tabletop RPG back in the day. It’s part of Game Pass, so I’m playing it now. I’m enjoying it, but it’s not awesome like RDR2, BG3, or good Fallout games. It’s a toss up between Cyberpunk and Harry Potter. I think I give the slightest edge to HP for some puzzle quests, though Cyberpunk story is better. I get the occasional crash on XBOX, but the auto save doesn’t make me have to redo much. And just tonight I had a diner robbery where the guy was glitched into being invincible. Even after I finally got him to stay down after two minutes, he was still alive and the quest wouldn’t complete. Hopefully a restart will fix it and I won’t have to load an earlier save. If you have kids, be aware there is definitely nudity, sex, drugs, and swearing. That made it challenging for me cuz sometimes one of the kids likes to watch me play, so I have to make sure they’re otherwise occupied or in bed. We’re no puritans, but it’s not appropriate for kids. Even character creation right of the bat is nude. Glad the kids were shopping with mom when I started! I gave some quick hack stuff a go at first but it never really did much to help. So I went tech, cool, and reflexes. Lure grenades are iffy at best, so although I try to go sneaky to start, it almost always ends in a firefight, which aren’t that difficult on normal. I actually had one this evening where I took everyone out without anyone spotting me. I thought I was going to have to craft to make enough money, so I breakdown everything. Even without selling, I have way more money than I need. I buy almost nothing. Anyway, it’s worth playing, but it’s more of a 8/10, not a OMG BEST GAME EVER, which is what I was hoping for. |

Like others when I found out it released broken I passed on it. Been thinking of picking up the ultimate addition for the switch 2 to play later. Anyone tried it on the switch 2 ? If so any issues ? It's the only modern console we have so it's the only way to give it a try. |

The last straw for me was a bug that wiped out all the gear I had stored in my apartment, after that I rage quit and uninstalled the game. |
