Probably because a lot of us joined around August 15,16,17 and got nothing but a receipt email. Even after I created an account on the GOA site it didn’t show a member ID # for almost a week. Still haven’t got anything in the mailbox. |

Same, I got a email right after joining and then couple weeks after that got a emailed “card and ID number “. Then just recently received a hard card in the mail. But I haven’t been in a big hurry. |
