| I have been successfully running an X1C in LAN only mode for sometime. It was getting lonely so I added an H2C to the collection. Not sure if I am doing something wrong and can't seem to find anything on the Bambu Wiki. I can bind the second printer and access both until I shut down studio. When I open studio only the last selected printer is available. I tried enabling Multi-Device but nothing shows up. Is this possibly a limitation in LAN mode? I would think not since there are people running small print farms that print proprietary models so they must be running in LAN. |

I have an H2D & P2S without that issue in Studio but also don't run in LAN mode. If you go to the Device tab do both printers show up in the drop down? I have to switch printers in the Device tab before syncing in the Prepare tab or I get an error (something about a preset being incorrect for the selected printer).....which kind of makes the printer selection drop down on the Prepare tab less than useful.

I use Orcaslicer. I have one Bambu and one Snap Maker printers. Both are listed in Orcaslicer and like other have said, I manage both printers from Orcaslicer. |
Protecting privacy will come at a cost. Use encrypted email (Proton), messaging (Signal), and password manager (KeepassXC). Use a vetted VPN only!, Social media is mind poison.
| My X1C works with Orca Slicer but not my H2C, assume Orca is working on this. I prefer Bambu Studio anyway (it's what I am used to), but I still have the issue. I just tried again, as long as Bambu studio is open I can access both printers. After I shutdown studio and restart, only the last selected printer shows up. |
