Create an account with PACER https://pacer.uscourts.gov/ I wanted to look something up on there once and signed up, I wasnt getting the account verification emails until after they had expired so after a day of that I just had someone else get me the documents and gave up on using the pacer website. https://www.courtlistener.com/ Is another option but I dont think they are always current on new documents |

The pacer account is free. Ten cents a page to view documents. There is some number per month you can view before they actually bill you. ETA $30 per quarter. https://pacer.uscourts.gov/pacer-pricing-how-fees-work |

There's also a max charge per document of like $3, no matter the page count. |
