I just bought a G17L from Primary arms and will be sending it to TTI to become a Combat Master. Q1: can Primary Arms where I'm buying the gun ship it direct to Taran Tactical and once the job is done they would ship it to my LGS so they will transfer to me? Q2: or Primary Arms have to ship it to my LGS, transfer it to me then I can ship it to Taran Tactical, and once its done they can ship it direct to me? Thanks in advance.. |

The unasked question is "can Primary Arms ship to my LGS, who then ships to Taran Tactical. TT then returns to my LGS once its done and my LGS transfers to me.?" Yes. |

How are you going to get that pistol to Taran? You can't use USPS. FedEx and UPS policies prohibit nonlicensees shipping firearms. If Taran is registered with UPS or FedEx in their FFL Shipping Program, then Taran can supply you with a label. 2. Are you sure Taran will ship directly to a nonlicensee? Many manufacturers and dealers will not. Know that before shipping. |
