Up until the EE facelift, every item had the title tag (in web dev terms) for the webpage set to be the title of the listing. And IIRC, the listing title was also incorporated into the actual URL for each page. With the new EE, each item has a URL that just contains a random numeric string, and every single listing in the entire EE has the same title tag - "Equipment Exchange - AR15.COMView Topic -AR15.COM." So now there is now way I can find any EE item in my history. It was tremendously helpful to have the various EE listings I've visited appear in my browser history. I could easily find an item with no effort. And if I didn't remember the exact title of the listing, all I had to do was go into my history and search "ar15.com" and I could instantly see all the various EE listings I had ever visited. Now, there is no way to find them aside from going into the EE and searching manually, one-by-one, hoping i remember the right keywords. Please resume include the listing's title text within its Title Tag. Thanks arfcom! |
