Smoke a pack/pack-and-a-half a day of the classic Cowboy Killers. (For like 30 years now) Was quit of 'em for a year or two back when totally wicked was cutting edge. Anybody have something that takes the fangs out of Phillip Morris? |
| Zyn. It's farking magical. Non-tobacco, not as horrid tasting or as hard to figure out the dosage as the gum. Not as vomit inducing as a patch and costs less than smoking by a damned lot. I smoked for 35 years and was able to quit overnight with Zyn. For the first few days/weeks you'll get a monster of a craving as soon as you pop one in your bean but it'll be gone within 5 minutes. I don't find it to be so addictive as cigarettes. After about 6 months using it now I'll very often forget about it entirely for 8-10 hours or more. Start with the 6mg Smooth flavor. It's the least objectionable of the flavors and 6mg seems to really hit the spot for guys that were hitting full strength cigs. I tried every method I could find from cold turkey to vaping to the gum and patches and even straight up dipping cope. I always went back to cigs until I found Zyn. |

If you're looking for a juice that tastes like tobacco then good luck. It just doesn't exist. Head down to a local shop and see what they have and what you can tolerate. You'll forget about chasing that cig taste quicker than you think. Pretty sure we've all been there. Just get a pod system and 50mg nic to start off with and turn it down after a while. |
