| In June 2018 my wife and I and our daughter and her husband and their baby rented a house in Pigeon Forge for a week. One of those days we went to Dollywood. I don't recall any issues that week with the heat. The only day that it was crowded was the traffic on the Sunday afternoon that we arrived in Gatlinburg. |

My wife and I went to Gatlinburg TN in the fall of 2010. Late October, no crowds, cooler temps. Leaves were just starting to turn, brilliant colors. Saw all the local sights and then went to "Dolly Wood" in TN. Great shows and visited Smokey Mountain Knife Works for a knife to take home. All in all, an excellent trip. Gary |
