Mothman, bigfoot, etc. They all some how know how to avoid getting their picture taken. Meanwhile I can't even drive to the 1/4 mile tol walmart without my truck being video recorded in 4k at least 87 times by traffic cameras, flock cameras, walmart security cameras and cameras on other motorists vehicles. The problem with the "everyone has a camera" debunk being fully effective is what you realize if you're around little kids who do funny things. You will never get your phone up in time to see the 3 second thing they did that was hilarious. Similarly, if bigfoot just walked to your living room window, knocked on the glass and said "what's up?" and walked away, you wouldn't get that picture. Nor will you catch the mothman.

I'm related to Indrid Cold. One of his people married my Grandfathers cousin back in the '60s in Parkersburg. No kidding. We hunt deer every fall in the hills around Point Pleasant. Everyone knows that whitetails are afraid of Mothman so you've got to leave pepperoni rolls out for him the night before rifle season opens. You know when there's a dense fog how your voice really carries? It's kind of creepy. Sometimes when it rolls in really thick down there in the valley, you can hear Mothman yelling "Eat Shit Pitt" in the distance. I believe it. |
