This thread is almost a bit of market research, so I appreciate the help.  I've got some different variations of a popular design, and I am curious what people like. There are pictures of seven different pipes below. What do you like, and what do you not like? Thanks for all the replies. 158 is definitely a beauty. It is my favorite among them - and was claimed by this year's Cola Warrior winner.I need to make more of those, but it was also the "luck of the draw" in that the wood grain ended up spectacular on that pipe!

158 is stunning. That is a great looking pipe. 162 looks very comfortable to smoke. The stem has a nice curve and lets the bowl hang lower then most. 163 looks awesome. Love the color but would make the stem right where it meets the shank a little thicker so it matches the shank or possibly a slight step down from the shank. Great pipes DK. Impressive sir. |

 I like the ones with a smooth transition between stem and bowl like 156, 162 and my 154 (above). But I also really like the stem on 158. I'd love that on mine. |
