Gents. Im trying to find a deodorant that works all day but is aluminum free. Spray preferred. I've tried mando and it stinks. It has a weird smell and honestly doesn't work. Im currently trying dove deo and it only lasts until you start working and sweating. Then you have to re apply. Is there anything out there that works? |

I like Native, as much as for what it doesn't have in it. No Aluminum, no Parabens, fairly natural ingredients.

I worked 44 year in the Oilfields. A lot of it sweating so much you had salt on your coveralls at the end of the shift. Offshore Africa for the last 20 years. Bar Soap and Scrub Brush in the Shower. Deodorant and some cheap cologne. Attached File |

I use Mennen Speed Stick Light deodorant, FWIW. They claim it has less fragrance than the regular. It works fine for me. PSA/general information: Antiperspirants work by clogging the pores of the sweat glands, which causes them to turn off. The sweat glands have a feedback mechanism. Antiperspirants work best when applied in the evening, which is when the sweat glands are least active. OP, if you want to avoid aluminum, that’s your choice. According to the experts in sweating disorders, there is no evidence that aluminum in antiperspirants causes breast cancer. |

I used Doc Spartan for years and it did better than anything I used previously, but did not really work all that well. It would cake onto the underarms on my shirts and I ruined quite a few shirts. My wife started using this and I reluctantly switched. It took me about a week or two two see the value. I promised this works and it is cheap.
