- Tips and tricks concerning a custom blazer? Things to consider, things to watch out for? - I was at Dillards yesterday looking at blazers and the idea of a custom one was brought up the salesman, who sized me up, literally, in about 0.87 seconds lol They use Alton Lane for customs and the price is all in. The only difference seems to be the fabric chosen. "this fabric is this much, this one is that much" etc Here are some options I'm considering. He had one custom that was ready for pickup that had the world map and it was pretty cool. There are a multitude of lining options. I had a two piece suit and three or four french cuff dress shirts made for me by a local guy in '01. $2K+ for the suit and around $500 for the three shirts IIRC. Best fitting suit and shirts I've ever had. It was well worth the money I paid. |

The pricing includes everything, all the tailoring, etc. It's only 'plus tax' |
