Lucky Number 7 WINNER WINNER WINNER: A completely free event! Congratulations, I've done such a horrible job spending past donations, that there is enough surplus to completely fund this event. No donations will be accepted beforehand. Anyone insisting on donating during the event should know that those funds will only be used for improving the Cola Camp. Attached File Cola Warrior is a FREE 2 gun match (pistol & rifle) that consists of 5 obstacles, eating a rail of peeps while disassembling and reassembling an AK47, running a half mile, shooting the pistol and rifle course, and finishing everything off by chugging 72oz of carbonated beverage. *****Sign Up Link***** Think hard about how you sign up, you'll be locked in for any special class you sign up for. This is the only way to sign up. We will not be keeping track of any "100% in" posts. Runners are welcome to bring guests, but we do not allow random people to just come watch. Even if they are Benewah county residents, friends of Bob Villa, or helped create the hometown forums. Sign ups will close January 18th. 2 slots for hosts (Me and Splat2013) 7 slots for staff. If you are interested in being staff (and are a cola vet), please reach out to us. 5 slots for top 10 finishers at previous NW events. Random draw and remainder will be added to cola vets. 21 slots for cola vets. Random draw. 15 slots for noobs and plus ones. Random draw. Unlimited standby slots. There is limited daylight for this event so standby runners will have a much smaller chance of running compared to other events. 1st time to Cola Warrior? You need to be sponsored/recommended by an existing Cola Vet attending the event. If a Cola Vet's +1 violates the rules and is asked to leave, they (the Cola Vet) may be asked to accompany their +1’s departure. If you're a noob without a Cola Vet sponsor please contact me via PM. Initial positions will be slotted on December 7th. After this day, all remaining slots are free for all. When: February 12-14, 2026. Staff runs will be before the main event. Where: About 30 minutes outside of St. Maries, Idaho. For security reasons, exact location will only be emailed to participants. Local accommodations: The nearest town is 30 minutes from the run site. After this, there will be little to no cell reception. Town will have gas stations/grocery stores. Also has a motel. 1-1.5 hours away is a decent sized town with accommodations you would expect in a decent sized town. Sleeping arrangements on site: There will be adequate room for tent/hammock camping. As always, goal is to have you in the field near cola camp, but be prepared to pack your camping gear from your vehicle if we are dealing with mud issues. Restrooms: Porta-potties on site. Food: Food will be provided for these meals: Wednesday- Dinner Thursday- Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Friday- Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Saturday- Breakfast OVERALL RULES: Follow all firearms safety rules. No handling firearms after drinking alcohol. No items of a sexual nature, there are kids around. Must sign waiver before running course. Listen to CW Staff - if they tell you not to do something and you do it, you're done. If you break any of these rules you will be banned from this and all future Cola Warriors. COURSE RULES: 5 minute penalty for each failed obstacle. Each obstacle must be attempted for at least 10 seconds. 5 minute penalty for failure to disassemble and reassemble AK. 5 minute penalty for each uneaten or spitout peep. Last Peep must be in mouth before run. 30 minute penalty if unable to complete run. 5 minute penalty for each target left un-hit, one hit each steel target. 5 minute penalty for hitting pistol targets with rifle. Reactive targets must be hit to react as designed, falling targets must fall. 5 minute penalty for each Carbonated beverage unchugged. 10 minute total chug time allowed, everything left after will be penalized. 6x 12oz cans, 3x 24oz cans, or 1x 2liter with a 5oz chaser are the only allowed sizes. If you vomit before finishing a 12oz can, no matter how much is left that can it is a 5 minute penalty. If you vomit before finishing a 24oz can, no matter how much is left that can is a 10 minute penalty. If you vomit before finishing 2 liter it is a 30 min penalty Night run only: 5-minute penalty for visible light ND, 10-minute penalty for prolonged use. Combat class requirements: Level 3+ special threat hard plates, front and rear 2 rifle mags with ammo 2 pistol mags with ammo At least 1 quart of water Medkit that consists of at least a tourniquet and combat bandage All must be worn the entire duration and you need to have all of it on (minus used ammo) at the completion of the chug. Note: 1. Two pistol mags and two rifle mags rule is in effect. Rifle is limited to 60 rds (between the 2 rifle mags), and pistol is limited to 40 rounds (between the 2 pistol mags). Each additional shot will add a 5 minute penalty. You will still have to carry all of your ammunition/chug/rifle/pistol from the obstacles to the range. Additionally, you only have 10 minutes from the first round fired to complete the course of fire. 2. To avoid tearing up the nifty reactive steel targets, please don't plan on bringing calibers that exceed 3500 fps at the muzzle or 3500 ft/lbs of energy. Due to fire risk (really) and general liability, no ammo that attracts a magnet can be used. If you are caught using ammo that attracts a magnet you will be asked to leave and invoiced for cost of targets you hit. 3. We will not be allowing help on the rifle range again this year, beyond the spotter calling hits and making safety corrections. Other Stuff: Questions are great, but please keep an eye on this original post (OP) for the latest and greatest info. This is a cold weather event where you will be exposed to the elements. There will be no shelter provided and you are responsible for your own well being. If you say you are in and no show, you are banned for life, and nobody wants that, man. Please keep an eye out about a month before the event for a confirmation email. You will have a week to respond to it. If you fail to, you'll be removed from the run list. This is to help prevent bans and give standby runners more time to lock in travel arrangements. There will be no open or excessive drinking allowed. This is at the request of the property owners and for your own safety. It may be freezing outside and we don't need anyone passing out or getting lost in the snow because they are intoxicated. Event shirts will not be provided for free to each runner this year. When it comes time, instructions will be posted on how to order shirts. SWAG INFORMATION |
