I've seen cereal boxes discussed for storing filament spools in on here but I couldn't find the discussion. Does anyone have a link to the ones that someone made the roller inserts for(and to the roller files)? I'm thinking the cereal boxes will be awesome for printing from for the aux nozzle on my x2d Thanks in advance! |

I just went to print one but stopped before it started when I noticed that it said it was going to take 9 hours and 28 minutes to print. I'm going to try slicing it again. I think it ended up on the build plate wonky anyway because it generated a foot under one corner but no supports anywhere else. |

| I am. In his video, he said that it should take 3.5 hours. I did have the axles and one 608 bearing on the plate as well. I'll ditch those when I slice it again. |

Maybe download the 3MF. This model has to be sliced a particular way or the slicer breaks the model. For instance detect thin walls must be off, arachne line generation must be off, you must have walls, top and bottom layers, and infill type and percentage set to certain values for it to actually print as intended.

| I downloaded the 3mf, changed only the printer, build plate and filament in the slicer to what I'm using and it's 15 layers in. Time is 7 hours, 23 minutes this time. fingers crossed. |

It's pretty cool how the vents are zig-zags when it's printed standing up. It probably would have been a mess if id have printed it on it's bottom like the slicer wanted to at first. |

I found some cool 608 bearings that use BBs instead of printed bearings or rollers. Attached File They work better than the 100% printed ones that I tried. |
