I’m looking at getting a larger gas grill and came across this.  Does anyone here have experience with it?  I’m mainly curious if it will be good all around for some low 250-300 degree cooking and also be able to do steaks and burgers.

I reached out to the company and they said it would range between 250-500 degrees. Which should be perfect for my uses.

You should be able to do 2 zone cooking with a smoke tube with it.

That’s what we are hoping. We’ve had an all welded stainless Phoenix grill for years and we occasionally use a smoke tube on it when time didn’t allow the use of our offset smoker.. but with a half dozen kids we have outgrown it for general grilling.  About the only thing that fits on the Phoenix now to feed us all is hotdogs lol.
