There are 75 run spots this year. Due to how quickly we filled spots and the number of people signed up, we're holding 80 run spots this year. We may well get through more, and we usually do. My best advice is to show up early and ready to run. I'm still working through any +1's for a handle. Check your pm's.

Call out for Night Vision run if that's what you want to do. Nightvision runs will put you at the front of the list until we hit 8.

The biggest change this year is that East is adopting the practice that runners will carry their own (unloaded) weapons and sodas through the course.

Those calling +1's must provide a screen name or handle ASAP. No +2's or +3's etc.

I'll update the run and standby list when I can, but you can always count your place by the posts if you can't wait.

The event is free, but the food and Porta-Johns are not.

There is on-site camping. Please be thoughtful of camp locations, and ask if in doubt. Hotel/Motel accommodations range from 5 to 25 miles away. There is an RV park about ten minutes away. Please carpool if you can, as space is limited. Please limit trips on and off the property as it causes parking issues, stuck vehicles, and damages the road. If you park at the top of the hill, stay there until you're ready to leave for the weekend unless it's an emergency. You can get with staff if you need anything.

Do not cross the dam at the pond in a car.

Please keep a neat campsite, clean up your trash, and keep food secure. We have bears on the property.

No open fires are allowed outside the designated fire pit.

No ATV’s, UTV’s, dirt bikes, mini-bikes, or any other motorized vehicles are allowed on-site aside from designated staff equipment.

No airsoft.

No shooting outside the designated range; only during runs while accompanied by staff.

Don’t crap in our woods. Use the porta-johns.

Listen to Staff. If you are rude or unsafe you will be asked to leave. All staff has the authority to boot you.

After you’re done running, stow your firearms. No mixing of Alcohol and firearms. If you can’t handle your alcohol, please do not drink.

You should bring whatever you need to camp if that’s your intention and water to drink, plus a tribute of water to the kitchen. No one will object if you show up with a cooler full of beer to share.

Pending funding, it’s our hope to feed everyone through Brodozer’s kitchen. Y'all know he's the best, so pony up.

You’ll need firearms, eye and ear protection, and ammunition for the course, per Oates range information contained in the thread. Chances are someone will be willing to loan you something if you don't have what's required. That does not apply to Nightvision runs. You must use your own gear.

You’ll need 72oz of cola of your choice; 6 x 12oz cans, 3 x 24oz cans, or 1 x 2 liter with a 5oz chaser. Any other sizes will be counted as a 2 liter, all or nothing. You may also attempt a gallon of milk.



1.)    If you plan on leaving before the awards ceremony and you want whatever you may have earned, you need to make arrangements with another NON-STAFF Cola Warrior to accept your gear and get it to you.

2.)    The leaderboard shows no favoritism. Being signed up does not guarantee you anything. Swag packs and prizes will be awarded top down until they are gone.

3.)    To encourage people to show up and run as early as possible, whatever event T-shirts we may have will be distributed first come first serve to people who run the course. They will be available at the range after you've run. It's your responsibility to remember to grab what's allowed.

4.)    No prizes will be handed out until the property is clean and all trash is accounted for.

There will be no more runs after 11 AM Saturday. People will likely be on-site Wednesday afternoon to run folks early. We’ll confirm this as we get closer or as staff speaks up.
