Bypass surgery last monday.
Best Ive felt in years, except having my chest cracked open.
Meet with surgeon on weds and will get his word on it then.
At 56 years old how long is reasonable to expect to get back out.
we have 4 courses here and i drive my golf cart more than my trucks...this is going to be brutal going from playing every other day to nothing...

Cardiac surgeon advised that with cardiac rehab it would take 10-12 weeks before golf was OK, but about a year to fully recover. YMMV depending on how fast your sternum heals. Slow and steady is best.
