Tried to hand feed PA6CF filament into the left nozzle but it would only go a very short way into the lower PTFE tube coupler.
Then I fed it into the TPU inlet and pushed the filament to the extruder. OK, all is good so far but
I could not tell tell the AMS HT what filament was in there.  Printer tells me it can't read the filament because it's already loaded into the extruder.

I pull filament back from extruder and still cannot enter any information into the HT.

I decided to enter filament info into the exterior spool and it takes it.

So I'm feeding out of the HT into the TPU inlet to the left nozzle.  The printer thinks the filament is coming out of the exterior spool but it's printing fine.

Is this normal and how I'll have to do it in the future?  The P2S was not this obtuse.

Is there a setting in the device tab to tell it the HT is feeding the TPU inlet?

I think the only supported way to use filament from the HT via the bypass port is to use the passive exit port on the HT cover,  the one covered by a rubber plug.  When you do that the HT is just acting like a dumb spool holder as it has no way to affect filament movement directly.

Maybe look further into why filament is not entering the left side filament port.

Yes, I'm using the bypass port on the HT cover. On the printer I had to load the filament by selecting the external spool location.  Not sure why, but it's working OK.  Been printing a PCC Flow for 20 hours now, using this setup.  Another 7 hours to go.

I could not find anywhere in Bambu Studio (BS) the ability to load filament in the HT.  It simply would not recognize it when feeding from the bypass port.  Here's a screen shot of the device tab in BS.  If this is the way it has to be done, I'm OK with it.  Just puzzled that it is different from my P2S.

This is the first time I've printed with Fiberon PA6CF20.  It is feeding very evenly out of the HT, one row after another.  The SUNLU PA6 I got was not wound this neatly.

Let me add that Fiberon does not like a 100° bed temp.  I had two prints break loose from the print bed until I lowered the temp to the 50° that Fiberon recommends.

And I couldn't find anything stuck in the lower PTFE tube coupler.  Not sure why I couldn't feed the PA filament through there???

UPDATE:  Couldn't feed into the lower coupler because the PTFE tube wasn't shoved all the way in.
