Filament hasn't even been loaded yet. Went to the wiki and it says to make sure the left and right hot ends are "properly installed" ( they were/are "installed " at the factory. ETA I removed the left hot end and swapped it with the spare .4 from the factory. Still no joy. |

Bummer. Nothing like spending 2 grand and having a problem right out of the box. Did you try removing and reinstalling the nozzles? Maybe home the print head then turn the printer off. Remove the socks and nozzles, clean the contact areas with some IPA then reinstall the nozzles and socks. Turn the printer back on and do a calibration. Good luck. |

Don't mean to sound like a smart ass here because I had the same issue. But, did you remove all of the packaging material from inside the printer? I missed a couple of foam pieces in the top of the printer when I got mine because "who needs to read the instructions" these printers are fool proof Edit, load some filament, make sure the AMS is connected properly, then run the calibration. |
