What is the best deal out there right now for a FS bike with around 140mm travel? I have been out of riding since 2008 but I rode XC and DH up until then so I am looking for a good all mountain bike to get back started. I set a budget of $2000 but that can go either up or down. I am a little heavy (6' 240lbs)to be on a bike so I need one to be able to take it. Please give me some recommendations Thanks |

@4x4extreme https://www.jensonusa.com/NORCO-FLUID-FS-3-29-BIKE-2023 Watch a few youtube reviews. The Norco Fluid FS 3 for $1700. Large is in stock and ready to ship. The problem at that price range is the fork. Sub $2500 you're going to get a Rockshox 35 silver, which I've ridden, and it sorta sucks. Run the rebound 1 click in, and set the sag around 25% and the fork will work fine. BUT!! for $1700, the Fliud 3 is still and good deal and Norco is a well known and respected brand. You could add these Pike select forks for $500 and sell the 35 silvers for $100-150 and have a kick ass Norco for around your $2k budget. LINK ---->> ROCKSHOX-Pike-Select-Charger-RC-29-Fork-2022

If you can wait until Black Friday, you can get a screaming deal on them |
