I’ve have this watch for years and like it a lot. The metal band is not uncomfortable but could be better. My Seiko automatic needs to go in for repair as it’s not keeping time so I’m going to start wearing this more. Any recommendations for a more comfortable band would be appreciated. I’m leaning towards non-metal but no real preference otherwise. It’s a Citizen eco drive e650-s075173 The lugs are 24mm, I think.  |

I bought from these guys before. I like NATO straps. I also like shark mesh bands. Blue Shark s

I get sweat on mine but I shower with my watch on anyway and that keeps it clean. I let it dry on my wrist. No big deal to clean them. You can wash the bands with a squirt of dish soap and hot water. Don't worry about odor. Unless you stink the band won't. Since they don't breathe silicone bands get sweaty underneath and I hate the feel of rubber or silicone. The watch above came with a silicone band. Hated it. Forgot to mention that canvas bands are good too. |

I put an FKM Rubber strap on my Citizen Promaster and it became my favorite daily watch. I've tried all the typical band/strap materials (resin, standard rubber, silicon, nylon, leather, etc.) and the FKM rubber is far and away my favorite.
