Yes, I can see the livestream...also running a Mac Mini, just installed golden gate 27.0. but it wasn't working with Tahoe 26 either.

The wi fi antenna on my x1c is not great
I had to get a wifi extender to get enough signal to be reliable.
My printers are at the opposite end of my house from where my router sits

My router and printer are in the same room so I don't think that's the issue. Something has changed with my network and I can't figure it out.
