90-0 something. Green with 10 WO candidates. 6 guard and reserve and 4 AD. Only 3 of us still pulling pitch on a daily basis. Didn't have to do the 20 week wait between A and B company!! The school house consolidated us and graduated May '91 as Gold. Tracked UH-1's in the reserves and then C-12's. Just hit 62 years old with 3 years left to go before mandatory retirement with fortune 100 company. 35 yrs and over 10k of helicopter and 3500 airplane. its been a dream come true. |

Graduated in 07 tracked in 60s but sent to Polk to fly Med. I consider myself lucky to have been able to rack up over 700hrs in the Huey doing Medevac. Was there when we transitioned into the LUH and was not a fan of it. OGE hovers doing hoist work sitting in the 5 min limit all the time. Twitch ass gyro tail and always one eye the mast moment. Ran dual currency PIC in the Huey and PI in the LUH. Went from there to Hood with 60M transition enroute. Some nice features but still a mess of glass screens and a 5 and 9 that caused a stroke relative to the simple trifold card for the Huey. Retired in '14 and rolled into the unmanned side of the world. Nearly 3 years in the litterbox doing ISR and some other stuff. Changed jobs and spent 5 years flying red force ISR asset at NTC for the 11th every rotation. Same company but now primarily fly airborne targets for ADA to blow up with a mix between kinetic and missiles. Also fly targets for DE and smart munitions development in various places.
