Lol ok, so I started taking this after that thread.  4g of arginine and 2g citrulline per day.
It's been 3 weeks and nothing.  I wanted to see if it would help my hypertension.  I think the recommendation.is to stick with citrulline only and in a higher dose around 6 to 8 grams.  Any advice?
Thanks

I would not take both.

I was taking it for nitric oxide production. I never charted how my BP varied.

As soon as I finish this bottle I think I will switch to citrulline only. Unfortunately,  this bottle is 240 capsules.  So I'm eating them as fast as I can.

Any knowledge of whether it can cause feeling cold?
I've been freezing lately while all my coworkers are wearing short sleeves.
No fever. No thyroid issues.

Are you fasting or in ketosis regularly?  I get cold from fasting and dipping into ketosis from fairly low carb eating mixed with IF most days.

That might be it, I actually just ordered myself ketone piss strips to see if my feeling cold correlates to ketone production. I should have them tomorrow and will fast until Friday most likely.
