Their theological disagreements, say between Salafi Sunni and Shia, is actually further apart than what occurs in Christianity. |

You’re not “just having a discussion”, you’re engaging in a line of Eristic questioning. It’s a bad faith discussion style loved by people who can’t defend their ideas because it shifts the burden of proof from them to the people who disagrees with them. In the internet world, it’s called Sealioning. It’s a form of trolling where someone persistently asks for explanations, evidence, or clarification in an ostensibly polite way, often to exhaust or frustrate the other person rather than engage in good faith discussions. So, before we go any further. Please answer your own question and the reasoning for it. |

Agreed, taking the obviously bad ones away those remaining that espouse a path to god and or enlightenment seem to be very popular worldwide. Buddhism seems to treat everyone well and offers enlightenment. The Dalai Lama seems like a saintly guy. All the various factions of Christianity have pretty similar core beliefs, and Jewish beliefs are intriguing. Again I think that there are many paths to enlightenment and God |

You can't very well have all three be valid at the same time. That's not how any of this works. "All roads lead to god" is a platitude that paves the way to literal real hell. |

| The answer to the question is "is the person seeking God to the best of their ability and knowledge". Most people follow the religion of their fathers. Its what they know and what has been passed on to them. Its through no fault of their own if Christianity hasn't been explained to them in a way that convinces them. If they are seeking and worshipping God feverently in the way that they know, that God is the only true God. Just like Paul said in Acts 17:23. I know Protestants are wrong, but if my arguments havent been articulated to them in a way that is convincing, its not their fault or my fault they don't see it. Either way in the end, all who are saved are only saved through Jesus Christ. He sees peoples hearts and im not to judge how he applies his infinite mercy. |
