Can't email them. Have to set up an account at id.hcltechsw.com or registration.hclpartnerconnect.com/customer/ or support.hcl-software.com/csm It's been a while since I contacted them. I find it easier to wade through a day of surfing google results than contacting them. |
| My account with them is empty - they have removed everything including my ability to submit support tickets. Way to live up to every stereotype about Indians and IT. A couple of weeks ago I had access to all the stuff I was supposed to have after spending two months to get to the point of having access to what I had paid for. |
