| Last Fall I moved some money in to Rare Earth mining, Small modular nuclear reactors, and drone manufacturing stocks. Staying away from anymore investments in AI. |
I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.

This small brokerage account is in addition to our two 401K accounts where we are still heavily invested in tech and AI especially TSLA which will eventually reach $1,00 in my opinion. US owned mines will see a lot of growth going forward especially Borate. The stocks I have shown below are fun to own, some are volatile but offer some alternative to the Tech and AI stocks. Going to have to make a decision soon on what to do with our over exposure in tech and AI. Right now is also a good time to be sitting on some cash......BTW it is OK to have some fun with investing as long as you keep it in perspective. SMR BWXT FEAM UAVS |

Kind of an indirect bet on “AI” (LLM), no? And wouldn’t rare earths be an indirect bet on tech? Things that are NOT correlated: Consumer Staples Commodities Gold (miners) Treasuries (Some) Real Estate Unfortunately, these things suck sometimes. And sometimes they suddenly correlate during drawdowns and crashes. |

I’m starting to think electricity and maybe water is a smart investment. Data centers are going to suck up vast quantities of both. I suspect data centers are a large part of the reason wholesale electric rates are rising fast. I’m just not sure at the moment where to put some money. More research on my part is needed. |

Of course, so do index funds. Cool thing about them is that the companies that are outperforming become larger percentages of the composition over time, so you don’t have to choose. That’s also true of XLU, but more narrowly. |

Will look into it. Thanks! |

I also don’t yet fully understand the causation, so, again, I’m not saying it’s a bad asset. I have a hypothesis to examine sometime, though. |
