I need to find a preferably 100% cotton or a high content cotton uniform shirt. Class ‘B’ or ‘tactical’ shirt, and/or polos in a dark grey color. I’m striking out so far. Chief bought First Tactical brand shirts (5.11 copy) and I swear it’s like wearing a garbage bag in a sauna. These are ‘Wolf Grey’ for color reference. Any recommendations?? |

The Bella-Canvas Men's Jersey material polo shirt is what you seek. They make a 100% cotton polo. I was issued some when I was teaching at the academy in south Georgia... Was much better than any poly shirt. The color will fade as you wash it with 100% cotton, so depending on color choice, they will look pretty washed out much faster than a poly/cotton blend. Within a couple months, the ones we had, looked very faded. Someone mentioned getting some fabric dye and re-dyeing them, but my tour was up in another month, so I never bothered, but I guess thats an option too. |
