The only two that have ever gotten sharpened, I sent to Dave Martell. I don't cook for a living, and I have enough knives now to rotate them around, so they haven't gotten dull. I also have a few more, Shun, Victorinox and such for hard use.

Most of these "EDC" knives don't look like they are CED'd, or are they all just not used every day?
I know a guy that would carry a custom $200+ knife every day everywhere he went, but never used it. He had a spyderco in his other pocket that he'd use for everything. silly me thinks. |

A very, very rare factory Strider Mk1 , S30V in factory Multicam. I am a MC whore so this was perfect for me. 
Long, long ago when I first started liking knives, sub-hilt fighters were all the rage. Jim Turcek used to be a member of the Guild and was in the next town. He made this huge sub hilt. I don't know the steel unfortunately. It is double edged with canvas micarta grips. Walking Dead knife for sure.

This just popped in - upgraded mini griptilian with 20CV G10 and a nice deep clip (555-1). Love it except the blade centering is meh. Not hitting the side but come on man. I'll see if I can figure out how to tweak the body screws - the pivot screw isn't getting it done. I was hoping for this upgraded model they would have shit straight  Still has a much better quality feel than the fiber plastic ones I've played with and I love the size, grip, and blade style.
