Even if you can't really heat the chamber, Fiberon PA6-CF20 (which I used) will still give you more than half a dozen rimfire cans for $70 and requires no chamber heating. I've done 50rd rapid fire on mine with no visible melting or wear. I cannot imagine PLA would survive that. A PA6 rimfire can will last a very, very long time. I have an x2d, so heated chamber but I don't have a good dryer yet. I only have one semi auto 22 that'd be a problem with heat, maybe, if i could get my frt to run in it. |
