Last night my wife and I made Edward's Lasagna and served it to some new friends. It is named after him now because after much pestering his wife finally agreed to let us make one and bring it up for the family to eat on over the weekend. I will never forget that day as long as I live. It makes me smile every time I think about it. We miss you Edward, every single day.    |

Ed, I'm sorry for your loss. We met briefly when I was at 84, and had the pleasure of working with your wife and family when you built your house in Mendon (twice). Your family is a class act and I can't imagine what you're going through. I've been away from arfcom for too long, I think. |

Thinking of you today Edward, as some members here have asked about getting the recipe for "Edward's Lasagna" in order to share it with their families. I wonder if you had any inkling how many lives you have touched and what an impact AR15.com would have when you began that mailing list over 20 years ago... I have made so many friends IRL as they say from here that I have trouble counting them all. I know you are at peace now but we miss you. I know you are looking down on us as I have seen the signs and heard the stories! Perhaps from there you can indeed see the positive impact you had, and that Juan and the rest of the clan continue to have, on our community. K and I will continue to look after S, and we will all see you again soon enough. |

I know Ed's up in heaven having a heated discussion with Wayne (Eric the Hun), Garry (HoustonHusker) and some of the other's from here about something.  I so very deeply miss having him around. |

I'm not on ARFCOM a lot these days because of various family, education and work events. I now just saw what happened to Edward. I'm so sorry for the family's loss. His idea of this forum brought so many like minded people together. He will be missed. God bless you. |

I shared again the recipe for Edward's Lasagna over the weekend with a few more members. ARF Brothers and Sisters are sharing a meal with their kids, brothers, sisters, and parents, and talking about this community and what it means to them. It puts a smile on my face when I close my eyes and picture it. |
