| I have paid Tactical tailor for their gear and not gotten it. Then had to call going on 3 weeks to be told it was on backorder and would have to wait a month to get the item. Told them to cancel the order then 4 days go by and my cash is still with them. Had to call again to ask why my money wasnt back in my account and get a snippy well it can take some time sir, then an hour later it miraculously go in . Happened more than once. If I didnt call prob never have gotten it. |

Additionally....Of course he is going to fill orders for people and send it out on time. He would have been out of business in 2 days if not. Here it is plane and simple....He gets, say, 30 orders in a week and fills and ships 17 of them. The next week he gets 30 more and still has 13 from the previous week. It sounds to me as if he gets out what he can and then avoids customer calls and emails for long periods of time, and when he accepted money up front, he very apparently KEPT money belonging to people who did not get their order..AND he had and still HAS no intention of paying them back.
That sounds like a poll question in the making.. Would you consider a business person who keeps your money and does not send you your order, all the while leading the customer on for YEARS with. "its going out Wednesday" and then finally telling the customer straight up.".I'm not paying you and I'm not giving you your gear" would you consider this person a thief? a liar, a cheat? a douche bag? or if he gave you good service, would you say, ahh f*&k those guys that he stiffed....it doesn't affect me.. I like him because he takes care of ME....Yeah...he takes care of ME!!!!!! F all of the dudes he ripped off...he takes care of ME yes or no Go ahead and feel happy for YOURSELF(ish)....as for ME...I'm gonna smear his thieving, cheating convicted felon ass all over the internet.... |

| I have ordered from Willis and Botach before hearing about their reputation. I got my stuff from them and many others got theirs too. But when there are a good amount of people not getting stuff from these companies and I now know about it, why wouldn't I order from somewhere else? |

They were very cheap (thats how they get so much business) and I got my order very fast. Since then I have seen dozens of posts about people never getting what they ordered and them not answering the phone. When I see those posts it makes me think maybe I got lucky and that I shouldnt push my luck by ordering again. It never occured to me to call those people liars. |

Not this shit again! Goshdammit, I've been gone on vacation for the last 2 weeks and when I got back on here to check out what's going on with ARFCOM, I see I missed the opening rounds of another OSOE thread.
Anyway, I'm back in the shitbox with time to kill with another bag full of purchased OSOE gear for me and my friends. I ordered it from Dubai on my way into the States and it was delivered about 5 days later. I guess I'm a fanboy. I like his gear and I like his customer service. The dude has bent over backwards to help me get what I need. I dislike other companies that advertise on here and made the mistake of vocalizing my opinion about one company on here not so long ago. In retrospect it was an ill-advised post in reference to a self-imposed problem, but the entire experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I won't ever order from them and I doubt they miss my business. The point is, we've all had good/bad experiences with the various companies out there....in the end you pays yo' money and takes yo' chances with ANY online retailer. I've never had a bad experience with OSOE and I doubt I ever will. Some of you guys can say the same for other companies that I, in turn, wouldn't do business with. I'm not willing to call members on here liars over their respective posts/incidents - but I am willing to go to bat for companies that have helped me out with great products and great services. OSOE is one of those companies. |

The guy is a douche bag, He's a facebook whore, who would rather take pictures of his salad and post it on facebook than run a good business. Have a problem with what I said? Take it up with willis, because it's 100% true. The fact that some 'interesting' people would support him even more because he has screwed people over really is amazing. |

| I have read the bad about OSOE. All I can say is that he has delivered every order, I have placed since late 2004. I have over 2K worth of his rigs, belts pouches etc... Most of my orders were for custom rigs needed just for that deployment and he always delivered. Most of it was a "I need it yesterday" and he never charged extra for a rush order. Never had a problem with countless orders. I am still using gear he made for me years ago he makes some quality stuff. All the guys I worked with have always got there orders as well. I do know that he does give deployed/deploying guys priority over the air soft players and the "want a Beee's" ! Who I suspect make up the majority of the cry babies on the net. |
