At this point impeachment of Trump is going the same way as impeachment of Obama. Some of the far wingers of the parties talk about it to rile up their respective bases but nothing more than that. Time will tell if a serious crime was committed by the President and if it can be proven. Nothing from yesterday's pleas and verdicts directly effected that.
Don't let the partisans get you all worked up with the old impeachment line, time will tell if anything is actually there. |

I’m telling you guys, go ahead and call me crazy, but if the left gains enough seats they will try to impeach both Trump and Pence. But not before replacing the speaker with one of their own to then appoint as president.

As long as the President doesn't reduce the flow of money from the Treasury, that is, really "drain the swamp", impeachment is unlikely.
If he were to slow or to reduce the flow of money by vetoing appropriations bills or an omnibus spending bill, he would be impeached and removed. |
