| Is it offensive when use the term Faggot or some variation as a derogatory insult...not necessarily toward anyone such as "slack jawed faggot"? It is used a lot here and If you changed the word to a racial term it would cause a lot hurt feels and a timeout. I could care less about sexual orientation, I love freedom....for everyone. |

However there is a SHIT TON different levels of sexuality inbetween, mostly dependant on what a person is into. But for these purposes I consider it three levels; hetro, homo and Bi. To asnwer your question, what I discovered In a nutshell; the gay cummunity eats their own kinda how the gun communuty does. For example: a long time homos didn't accept bi's and considered them degenerates. Most still do reject them (Bi coveres a huge catagory from cross dressers, to closeted married guys to openely bi). I still dont think most types of homo/bi people should be in the military, but thankfuly those types dont want to serve anyways. They're highly liberal, socalistic and civilian life oriented. They couldn't survive the mil life anymore than the hetro that realizes he made a YUGE mistake joining. Something else I surmised: the overwhelming accepted number of homos in the population is low, such as 1, 2 or 3%. Thats the openely gay community. I think though if you consider everything thing else inbetween that percentage goes higher. Thats what I found out. YMMV |

I always thought that a "trap" was someone that you legitimately thought was a female and didn't realize your error until the trouser snake came out. The way that you're describing it, it's just a really effeminate gay dude, but still obviously a dude. Am I missing something?

I got a gay politics question. Do gays, as a group, ever ask if they are hurting their image by being so "out" when they are? I mean, do non-flaming gays who are just normal guys except they are gay ever get disgusted by the swishy in-your-face and "everything has to be gay and I'm going to be as campy and flaming as I can" types? Like do gays ever look at the Pride Parade types and just say "that's not helping straights accept us as just like them"? Secondly, do gays ever discuss gun control and how it is hurting them if they have to defend themselves against homophobes? I know the Pink Pistols exist, but does the topic ever come up as a gay issue? |

I'm pretty confused. LP says he likes the softer male types, and then goes on to say he lusts after John Wayne and Tom Selleck.
Am I missing something? Both those dudes seem to pretty much be masculine guys. Not Swarzenegger or Hulk Hogan types, but real dudes.
