[ARCHIVED THREAD] - We should invade Egypt and explore the Labyrinth, Sphynx and the rest of the Giza plateau (Page 2 of 5)

We know there were labor issues. We are aware of the failures. They were small. Got bigger. Some were failures, they perfected their methods and climaxed with the big one. They got smaller after that as their society lost the ability/desire to expend the resources on frivolous tombs. Revolutions, invasions, religious turmoil all contributed to the ‘decline’. ETA Have you seen their recorded history of how they built the Great Pyramid? Have you seen any recorded history of how they moved 1000 ton granite statues hundreds of miles? How did they carve granite? Dave Lister, sole surviving crew member of the mining ship Red Dwarf had a very simple answer. ‘Whips Rimmer. Massive massive whips.’ |

Quoted: I believe there is way more there than what the general public believes. Invading Egypt and sharing the real artifacts / history of the Giza plateau, what’s under the Sphynx and the Labyrinth would be a better return on the cost than any other war we’ve started in 30 years. You can “see” as much as you want beneath the stone blocks, sand, and earth with the ground- and other solids-penetrating radar. And I mean the super-advanced stuff the NSA and CIA have and use, not the civilian-grade radar. Frankly, I have zero doubt the Intell folks assigned to this “paranormal”/UFO/Ancient Aliens stuff have already done it and have made “Above Top Secret” classified reports containing layouts and photographs of the various vaults, libraries, artifact repositories, maybe machines, etc., that are said to have been placed under these structures millennia ago by …. [here insert your favorite theory]. |

Quoted: ScanPyramids project. Someone used ground penetrating radar and muon radiography, annd found all kinds of stuff underneath the pyramids, and previously unknown corridors, and rooms inside. Egypt and the colossal asshole Zahi Hawass shut it down. Back in the 70s I went down the rabbit hole of historical inconsistencies. I had a book, now lost. It had a chapter on the Great Pyramid. Pre WW I when the British controlled Egypt, they found a corridor that had been sealed off in the Great Pyramid. Exploring it they found a huge ceiling beam so large it had to have been brought in during construction. In the book, there were numerous pictures of tourist and archeologist standing below the beam. After WW II when radio carbon dating became possible the Egyptians resealed the corridor and now deny it ever existed. They have refused numerous requests to find/reopen the corridor. “Does not exist, old wives tail. Too dangerous, would desecrate.......” |

Quoted: If anyone is wondering. We found the Egyptian labyrinth. It was said to be far more more impressive than the pyramids The modern Egyptians flooded it by accident and now won’t admit it exists and are trying to cover it up and won’t let anything be done to drain and explore it. by accident . Nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say no more. |

They documented everything in their artwork on walls of their buildings yet nothing of how the Great Pyramid was built or how 1000 ton granite statues were quarried, carved and then transported. |

You know the quarries where they made these blocks are available for study. Including the damaged/unfinished blocks. I know you know this. Can man cut rock with primitive tools? Why yes, yes they can and they did...everywhere. I am not an Egyptologist. I also find this conversation interesting and do not mean to come across as insulting if it appears that way. |

We mined the granite from Stone Mountain well into the age of steam using wooden mauls and wedges. Drive hot/dry wedges into tiny cracks, pour water on the wedges. They expand and widen the crack, repeat. After ~150 years of weathering the cuts look pretty smooth. In the 1970s we had competitions to see which 16-man platoon could pull a 52-ton tank farther in 3 minutes. So, I have no doubt a couple hundred proto-Egyptians could pull a 1000-ton rock on rollers. Once you get it moving, momentum is your friend. |

"How did they carve granite?" ****The Dynastic Egyptians could not carve granite to the precision that was found in statues or in the tight fitting joints in the Great Pyramid or in Osireion. And, if it wasn't them, who was it? ****These structures were likely discovered by the Dynastic Egyptians having been built by some previous civilization and the Dynastic Egyptians claimed them. ****Even the Incas in Machu Pichu now claim to have inherited the amazing ancient stonework present at their most famous sites. **** Just one example of evidence of false Egyptian dating is ruins of a fallen obelisk, a vertical pillar that had fallen and broken into pieces had some Egyptian rulers name carved into the broken piece parallel to the ground because it was carved long after the obelisk had fallen. | I don't think aliens built the Pyramids. I also don't think the Egyptians did either. I believe someone built them so far back the true builders have been lost in time. The Egyptians just repurposed them as tombs. The shitty ones were built by Egyptians trying and failing to recreate he originals. |

There is a lot we still don't know about antiquity. We know the Sea Peoples existed, around 1,200 BC. While there are a lot of theory's, we don't know who they were or where they came from. Were they the cause or a result of the Late Bronze Age Collapse? Etc. The Philistines (proto-Palestinians) were one of the Sea Peoples and have been fighting the Israelis ever since. |

This is a much more interesting chat. What was happening that caused such a movement of People? What was up in Sardinia and Spain? Who was fighting in Germany when there wasn’t even supposed to be a significant population there? |

And lydar radar has the ability to scan the Amazon rainforest and is discovering new unknown sites there. Yes basically every timeline we were taught about when various sites across the globe were built are wrong. Stone and geology experts have said the Sphinx enclosure, that is the surrounding walls of solid bedrock that the Sphinx was carved out of are possibly 300,000 years old judging by the water erosion marks. Ancient sites all over the world show amazing similarities to each other yet we were taught they were made in the recent past when these people had no way of seeing each other. . 300,000 years from now an archeologist will be digging through the area where my house once was and he will unearth my arrow head collection. Arrowheads being made of flint will endure long after my 5.56 ammo and my firearm collection rusts away to dust and the same with my automobiles. His conclusion based on the evidence he has found is I was a primitive hunter gatherer that traveled on foot and hunted with sharpened flint points. |

If you ignore all the clickbait bullshit videos there is good evidence for the labyrinth. Its not under the pyramids, people keep mixing that up with some other scans done by an italian guy. The labyrinth was found where historical accounts said it would be and ground scans suggest that there are maze like structures buried there. Its pretty cool and interesting, its a shame its tied up with so much sensationalized shit. There are some really cool shafts by the great pyramid that have filled in with sand that would be cool to explore, I cant believe they never dug them out. People walk by them every day on the way yo the pyramids. I think there is really cool stuff still left to be found but you have to heavily curate what information you listen to. So much of it is outlandish shit |

https://operationdisclosureofficial.com/2025/09/04/the-scif-hillary-clinton-and-the-epic-of-gilgamesh/ Hillary Clinton and the Epic of Gilgamesh. Why did we really go to Iraq and why was Hillary looking for the burial sites of the Nephilim? In 2003, Jörg Fassbender and an archaeological team claimed to have found the lost tomb of Gilgamesh. Reports of this finding were all over the news. They stated they were going to open it on live tv and that it could possibly reveal connections to humanity’s past. A very short time later, the U.S. invades Iraq. The dig site of the Gilgamesh was taken over by the U.S. military and the entire story and release of what they really found was never heard of again. President George Bush admitted that there wasn’t any WMD found in Iraq. What if there was another, more important reason that we went to Iraq? An email found in Hillary’s emails while working at the State Department revealed that they were actively communicating about the location of the resurrection chamber of Gilgamesh and the burial sites of the Nephilim. The Nephilim were ancient beings, referred to in the Bible as “fallen ones” or “giants,” believed to be the offspring of “sons of God” (interpreted as fallen angels) and human women, resulting in powerful, warlike figures like Goliath. |

Therefore either the had tools we dont know about or an ancient civilization made them using techniques and tools lost in time and the Dynastic Egyptians discovered them. Or perhaps they used techniques that we don’t know the history of, but not “rediscovered”. “Impossible” is a convenient excuse for “I don’t know”. There is a certain intellectually lazy mindset to jump to conclusions like “there must have been been some ubercivilization with lost technology” (in spite of the fact that there is absolutely fucking zero evidence to support it … other than the circular argument that you can’t figure out how they did something) or aliens (similar lack of evidence). The kinds of folks drawn to these arguments have some odd desire to jump this way, because it checks all their psychological boxes. They reject orthodoxy because it’s not 100% perfect, but will embrace any alternative without a shred of critical analysis simply because it is contrary to the orthodoxy they hate so much. Fantastical nonsense becomes a crutch for them. When challenged, they often revert to conspiracy nonsense, because that offers similar appeal (provided you don’t actually look at it too closely). I’m sure there is a psychology dissertation in there somewhere… |

Quoted: Or perhaps they used techniques that we don't know the history of, but not "rediscovered". "Impossible" is a convenient excuse for "I don't know". There is a certain intellectually lazy mindset to jump to conclusions like "there must have been been some ubercivilization with lost technology" (in spite of the fact that there is absolutely fucking zero evidence to support it other than the circular argument that you can't figure out how they did something) or aliens (similar lack of evidence). The kinds of folks drawn to these arguments have some odd desire to jump this way, because it checks all their psychological boxes. They reject orthodoxy because it's not 100% perfect, but will embrace any alternative without a shred of critical analysis simply because it is contrary to the orthodoxy they hate so much. Fantastical nonsense becomes a crutch for them. When challenged, they often revert to conspiracy nonsense, because that offers similar appeal (provided you don't actually look at it too closely). I'm sure there is a psychology dissertation in there somewhere There's zero point in discussing anything with them. |

Quoted: There can be no previous advance civilization. Earth can not be greatly older or younger. No Aliens allowed. No faster then light. Antartica off limits. I just have to wonder if one of these rules went away then what would happen. How is antarctica off limits? You can book trips to Antarctica and there is even a research station at -90 degrees latitude |

Its been proven the erosion around the sphinx is not from wind. Its water erosion in the multiple thousands of years, way beyond the commonly accepted narrative timeline. Some people think its comstruction coincides with the age of "leo" in line with the earths precession. Which was around the time of the younger dryas. Not sure how much stock I put in that theory, but I strongly believe now the pyramids with all their astrological alignments, precise construction, weird chambers, etc.... was NOT constructed by the egyptians. They simply found them. The mud brick pyramids were a sad attempt to copy. Just like in south america, you can see the difference between the first layer of huge stones set with skill and fit perfectly. Followed by the shitty small stones on top that were an obvious attempt by those who showed up later, found it, and built on top of it. Cyclopian stone walls, ancient quarries/underground caverns and stone works with modern machine tool marks and CNC precision are everywhere from japan, to easter island, europe, asia and north africa. Theres NO WAY the romans set the Trilithon stones for the base of the temple of jupiter. They found the base and built on it. Just like theres no way the egyptians built the pyramids. Neither did they create the huge stone boxes at Serapeum of Saqqara. Someone way before the romans and the egyptians built all those things. Zahi Hawass knows it and is playing gatekeeper. |
