We have to be careful not to blast people who were already a little inflated.
I could be wrong, but weren't Top Guns G-series mags pushing $26 before the election? He's had some sales but I recall his base price always being a little high. Same for Noveske...is a $40-$50 increase on an $800+ item "gouging". I dunno. I just want to make sure that the true blue gougers are held accountable, not the guy who had mediocore pricing all along. What say yee? |

Due to the sudden increase in the price of liberty, we're doubling the prices on all our t-shirts. Actually, there's a 10% discount coupon code for our store if you know where to look, or wait until around Thanksgiving when we do a 20% discount sale. Thank you sir!!! |

Remember the Y2K idiots buying generators and other doom and gloom stuff.
Its plain and simple, right now you have tons of ZOMG ( insert *gif of stick figures) Dumbasses, panic buying everything to anything. So if people are so stupid to buy into the TEOTWAWKI SHTF paranoya. Then there are going to be people that will capitalize on their ignorance. |

"Due to Rock River Arms MAP policy we have had to raise our advertised prices to their retail.
If you would like to email us we will send you a master price list with the actual cost you will pay please email or we can fax the sheet to you. We are sorry for any extra work this has caused you, please see our many other lines of fine AR products. WE are a PREMIER RRA dealer and offer some of the lowest pricing and fastest customer support in the business!" From a ARFcom dealer website. This is coming down from RRA, I guess. I think the new price is like 170-180 dollars now for a RRA stripped lower. |

Sorry Guys. Don't be mad at us our suppliers doubled their price over night there is NOTHING we can do about it. If you have any suggestions let us know this is going to be a problem with every MFG. If you don't believe us just look around. The demand is so high our suppliers want to cut us off completely.
Dear Customers,
Spike’s Tactical has been supporting the AR15 community since 2001. We have done group buys for ar15.com and for local gun clubs. We are continuously trying to give you the best gun at the best price and we are in trying times right now. Products and shipping are costing us more every day. Now that we are looking at having new gun laws everyone is buying as many guns as they can while they are still legal. Most manufacturers are out of stock. Many of you will remember when pre-ban stripped lowers were going for $600-800, we hope it doesn’t go to that extreme. Spike has been advising customers to buy as many lowers as they can and has had signs at local gun shows stating to buy lowers now while you still can. Our choice didn’t win and we have a Democratic house now and any new law that goes before the House will probably be approved. Be prepared, we are trying our best here. Once again, get lowers while you can. -Spike I have three lowers from Spikes in my safe, and they've been great to deal with. I trust they are telling the truth. |

I'm only linking the applicable threads so that people can draw their own conclusions. However, as I mentioned in the other thread the sudden increase is highly suspect due to the timing and apparent lack of warning from Spikes manufacturers... |

An overnight increase like what Spike's posted sure as shit had nothing to do with a supplier side price increase. I'd be more accepting of a "market forces" excuse, but the fact they outright are trying to bullshit their customers pisses me off even more. |

It's less that there was a price increase overnight. That was bad enough. To be lied to about it is what really sticks in my craw. |

Holy shit! No such thing as price gouging –– only whiners with regards to how private businesses conduct their business. The free market also dictates that people can take their dollars elsewhere. (no dog in this fight but it works both ways... ) Yep. I don't think anyone is saying that they don't have the right to charge whatever prices they want. But that doesn't mean their customers can't still be pissed off that they are dicks for jacking prices and buy elsewhere, boycot, etc. |

http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php has been good so far - they're out of PRVI M193, but everything else is still the same old price.

The objection is not to the list, it is to the term "gougers." You cannot gouge someone on the price unless the government DEMANDS that you buy from them. Else it is market forces, or a stupid business move, either or which is self-correcting (which this thread helps). |

I made a 1000.00 order from CTD last night. This morning I cheacked to see if it had been processed. yup it had. From last night to this morning S&B .45 went from 18.xx to 29.97/box. the wolf 7.63x39 went from 4.xx to 9.97.
CTD is no longer a "suspect", it is GUILTY. |
