I don't get how you guys think she's doing well.
Clearly even her recent memory is fucked. There have been several contradictions. Additionally as has been stated above, because of feels and not a court of law we have to handle her with kid gloves. If we didn't, I bet you see her break down. She is a very odd flower. |

Why isn't prosecutor pointing out she has zero evidence or cooberation. Not even her best friend. B. She is approaching it as she would during a trial. Unlike TV, the witness never admits they were lying when you ask them, "So, are you lying?" You make small points about inconsistencies throughout your questioning. Then you either use other rebuttal witnesses or your own closing to bring all those points together before the jury. |
