Hollyweird has been involved in social engineering for quite sometime, the Chinese money influence has pushed it into overdrive. The Chinese have good reason to see America weakened by open border policies and SJW nonsense. Also need to factor in the Chinese will happily fund anything that puts Trump in a negative light (Border issue) seeing as he is a major thorn in their side with regards to trade and Chinese expansion of influence.

Seems like the business model is changing.
- Back in the day, big companies made big movies for the theater ticket revenue. Then they'd make a few bucks showing the movies on a few cable/TV channels. - Nowadays, big companies make larger numbers of movies/series for the subscription/advertising/merch revenue. |

Honestly Terminator Salvation is on Hulu and was a lot better than I remember. The ending was a bit of an asspull but not that bad. I mean we actually get a future war and the aesthetics of the wasteland was pretty darn good. |

Quoted: The first half was like Gatorade on a Hot day. The rest of the film was like Dulculax on Hot day. They were set for a cool large scale battle at the complex and skipped out on it. Would have been extra climatic and tense with them engaged outside with T-1 and T-600's while John fought the newly minted T-800 inside. We also didn’t really need the Terminator hybrid. Honestly remove the Terminator hybrid, change the ending to where John Connor saves Kyle Reese, and have the Resistance slug it out with HKs and it would be even better. I didn’t even mind the mute little black girl. Kids can tend to be annoying but she was amusing and interesting. I remember folks theorizing she was a Terminator. I thought the Resistance uniforms looked less hokey than in T1. You get the impression that a lot of guys were active duty or former police or something and any recruited people they liberated just wore whatever would fit them. Plus the Submarine part and the Osprey. Honestly it was a fairly epic film in hindsight. I think sequel hooks and just being Hollywood held it back. But I may watch it again. Like when they fix the Jeep. I thought it was some old ratty thing. No! It was a JK contemporary to the year the film was made. Some of the visuals of the landscape were terrific. Yeah I’ll probably watch it again tonight. The Skynet computer lady and the other stuff was going too far but the T-600s were pretty badass |

Terminator 1 is the only Terminator. The time loop is closed. No changes are possible. Any attempt to change past events actually produces them. Fate is fixed.
That was the message of the original movie, and it was artfully told. Everything since has been a prostitution of the story line for money. |
