You try distilling George Lucas' ramblings based on scribbled notes from the frenzied period of creativity he had in the middle 70s (but nothing since) of a universe that doesn't exist based on other properties that don't exist either. I think McQuarrie did a bang-up job given the circumstances. I do admit his tech is too clean for the filmed SW universe. |
| I would imagine that an empire capable of creating a death star would be ok with designing shit how they like it, that being said they did leave a hole in it that went to the reactor. So that was dumb. But if the other models were used would you complain about the ones that were used instead? I like the bigger clunkier versions of all the stuff though |
