Loki was an absolute delight and having driven within 2 miles of my house on the way to the final drop off I can say the last 70 miles were the hardest. Dovegunner ya raised a right nice pup there ??. And Loki will make you get your steps in and has no problem moving out doing it. Miss him already. Sniff down at home was granted approval, I'm safe ?? |

Looking at the pics from yesterday I am so glad I got a haircut last weekend and put a hat on. You guys look old Sammich makers excluded ?? Congrats to all who made Loki's day a success! It was truly a pleasure. Since we had the A-team reference: I love it when a plan comes together

Fantastic effort and he looks like a happy dog. Seems like he has a great new home. For safety reasons, I need to point out that his harness is on upside down. The handle goes on the top of the back for control. I have the exact same one for my dog. He will be able to slip out of the harness like it is now if he wanted to. |

DoverGunner said he might have put it on wrong so I checked it out when we got home, sure enough it was  So I took it off and looked at it and figured it out, understandable, it was a tough day for Dover.

Yes, it was. This has been the most difficult transport ever, because Loki was going from a great home, full of love, to another great home, full of love. Good in the long run, as DoverGunner says he cannot meet Loki's needs now, but hard for everyone involved. This group of people has been the absolute best I have ever worked with. You guys actually put the legs together, because I kept getting confused about where we were, thinking we were duplicating legs, and that some were not covered. Amazing bunch. |

Please let everyone involved with this relay know that the stickers are a work in progress. I'll need a list of names so I can get them out to the drivers and all else who participated. I'll need the drivers et al to im me their addresses. The balance will be put up for sale per the previous discussion (Stryker approved) as a fund raiser for SFDR and future needs. Awesome job everybody, bravo!! |
